Latitude 65
For an unforgettable fine-dining experience, discover the culinary artistry of Latitude 65, our premier on-site restaurant located in a stunning, craftsman-built yurt. Here, you will indulge in an upscale, multi-course plated dinner, where each dish is a celebration of Alaska.
Our chef specializes in crafting intricate dishes made from scratch, featuring a complex flavor profile. The menu highlights in-season ingredients sourced from local farms and hand-foraged components from the surrounding wilderness.
Each course can be enhanced with a suggested wine pairing, designed to elevate your meal into a true sensory journey. It is a meticulous and magical dining event, perfect for savoring between your day’s adventures and a night of aurora viewing.

The Pub
Or, unwind after a thrilling day of Alaska adventure at The Pub, our casual dining option available from 5:30 pm to 9 pm.
It’s the perfect place to relax and refuel with a menu centered on elevated pub fare and comforting classics. You’ll discover dishes that showcase a local touch, from gourmet burgers built with locally-sourced beef to creations featuring fresh-caught Alaska sockeye salmon. The menu also offers fresh salads, shareable small plates, and indulgent desserts, ensuring a satisfying choice for every appetite.

Basecamp Cafe
Before you journey out or after you return from your adventures, get your caffeine fix at our new Basecamp Café, located in a cozy yurt beside the Adventure Center. It’s the perfect hub to grab a warm coffee, a quick lunch, or a delicious snack to fuel your next activity. As you relax and recharge, savor the incredible scenery from the Cafe’s unique vantage point. On clear days, you can witness breathtaking views stretching all the way to Denali, adding a touch of mountain magic to your Borealis Basecamp experience.
