Borealis Basecamp is located within interior Alaska, north of Fairbanks. Here, winter lasts half the year and is one of the best places on earth to see the northern lights with around 250 nights of Aurora every year. It is a short 30 minute drive from Fairbanks to arrive at your arctic getaway. Surrounded by nature we sit on acres of private property surrounded by miles of public land all without a single light and narry a person. Your own private park only 25 miles from town. DIRECTIONS
Borealis Basecamp began with one man’s dream, when a passionate Alaskan decided he wanted to share the area’s unforgettable scenery, people, and adventures with the rest of the world. This dream turned into a reality with the goal of providing its customers the best immersive experience in North America.
